Who is responsible

When you contact us

We use your name, email address, chosen subject and message to answer your enquiry and continue the conversation. If you email us directly, we also receive any information and attachments you choose to include.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and discussing Pocket and potential collaborations. Contacting us does not add you to our availability list.

We normally delete correspondence within 12 months of our last exchange. We may keep relevant messages longer while a business relationship continues, where the law requires it, or where they are needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

When you ask to hear about Pocket

We ask for your email address and send a confirmation link. After you confirm, we use your address to send one email when Pocket becomes available. This is based on your consent. Joining the list is optional and does not reserve or purchase a Pocket.

Our private list records your address, signup and confirmation dates, confirmation status and the version of the consent wording you accepted. It also stores protected identifiers for confirmation and unsubscribe links.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our email or by contacting hello@one2save.com. This does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.

• Our daily cleanup removes unconfirmed entries once they are 14 days old.
• Our daily cleanup removes confirmed entries once they are 24 months old. If we send the availability email before then, we remove the list within 30 days of that email.
• Using the unsubscribe link immediately removes your entry from the active list.

Keeping the website and forms working

We process technical information needed to deliver the website and protect the forms, such as your IP address, request time and request identifier. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the website reliable and preventing spam and misuse.

Our form service uses a protected identifier for request limits of up to one hour. Technical records used to prevent duplicate submissions are kept for seven days. These records do not contain the text of your message.

The services we use

We use Cloudflare Pages to host and deliver this website. We use Google Workspace for email and an access-restricted Google Sheet for the availability list. Google Apps Script handles form delivery, confirmation and unsubscribing. The list is not publicly shared.

These providers process information to operate and secure their services. They may process it outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Their data-processing terms provide for applicable transfer safeguards, including European Commission standard contractual clauses or recognised adequacy arrangements. You can ask us for more information about these safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate these services, meet a legal obligation or handle a legal claim. Removal from active systems does not instantly remove information from service-provider backups or recovery systems. Those copies follow the providers' deletion processes.

Cookies and children's information

We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to these pages. Website images, fonts and scripts are served with the site. Service providers may process technical information when delivering the website or opening a confirmation or unsubscribe page.

The forms are intended for adults. We do not ask for children's details, payment information or account registration. Please do not include children's personal information in your message.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict its use, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where applicable, you can also request a portable copy of information you provided.

Email hello@one2save.com. We normally respond within one month and may ask for information reasonably needed to confirm your identity. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local data protection authority.

We do not use your information for profiling or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page if our use of personal information changes. The date above shows when it was last updated.
